Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan

Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan is the most widely practiced form of Tai Chi in the world, known for its smooth, expansive, and flowing movements. It emphasizes relaxation, continuity, and natural alignment, making it accessible to practitioners of all ages and abilities.


Movements are performed slowly and evenly, allowing the body to release unnecessary tension while developing balance, coordination, and internal strength. Rather than using brute force, Yang Style relies on structure, intention, and sensitivity to generate power efficiently and effortlessly.
